Mr. Alberto Rodríguez is graduated in Economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has been professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Has held executive positions of high responsibility in important Spanish business groups, focusing its activity, mainly in the food and services sector. Has an extensive experience as advisor and financial consultant in the Spanish and international markets, through the following consultants; Iberplan, Control Presupuestario and Grupo Inmak. Throughout his more than 25 years’ experience in the Corporate Finance activity, has completed numerous buying and selling of companies, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, takeovers, etc.
